Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Technical Proposal & Quotation
- Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations based on customer specifications.
- Study customer requirements, drawings, and technical documents to develop suitable proposals.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for technical feasibility.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate with customers.

Technical Sales & Customer Consultation
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable process equipment solutions.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, and benefits to clients.
- Handle technical queries professionally and provide prompt support.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

CRM & Documentation
- Maintain customer records, inquiries, quotations, and sales activities using CRM software.




- Prepare reports using MS Excel and update sales pipelines regularly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

Marketing & Business Development
- Represent Company at industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Identify current business opportunities in the chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment, and process industries.
- Suggest innovative branding and promotional strategies to strengthen market presence.

Field Visits
- Visit customer sites whenever required for project discussions, technical meetings, and relationship building.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Required Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment or process engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Ability to prepare technical quotations and proposals.
