The role

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to become a trusted first point of contact for our users. You will help customers get value from Bitscale, troubleshoot product issues, spot recurring friction, and turn customer feedback into clear improvements for Product and Engineering.

What you will do
- Investigate product issues, reproduce bugs, and document findings clearly for Engineering.
- Guide users through product workflows, integrations, and best practices.
- Maintain support documentation and internal troubleshooting guides.
- Identify recurring themes in customer feedback and share actionable insights.
- Track issues through resolution and keep customers informed.

What we are looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in product support, customer support, customer success, GTM operations, or a similar SaaS-facing role.




- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Structured problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Comfort with SaaS products, workflow automation, CRM tools, and learning new tools quickly.
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced startup.

Important details
- Full time, in-office role in Gurgaon.
- Working hours: 12:00 PM-9:00 PM IST.
- Compensation: ₹4-6 LPA.

Take-home assignment: GTM Ops & Tool Workflow

Build an end-to-end enrichment and outreach pipeline for 15-20 D2C brands using Clay, HubSpot, and any data tools you prefer, such as Apollo, Hunter, or Snov.

1. Build a list of 15-20 D2C brands in Clay.

2. Enrich each company with estimated GMV or revenue, YoY growth if public, store locations or markets, funding status, and primary product category.

4. Sync the enriched companies and contacts into HubSpot, linking each contact
