Matoshri Krishi Paryatan, Dindori is looking for a skilled, responsible, and service-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality facility and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel and guest house operations.
- Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and support staff.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
- Manage room occupancy, bookings, and facility utilization.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate events, group bookings, and special hospitality arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and organizational standards.

Requirements:




✔ 2-5 years of experience in Hotel, Resort, Agro Tourism, Hospitality, or Guest House Management.

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.

✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

✔ Positive planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented attitude.

✔ Ability to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.
