Field Sales Executive - FMCG, OTC & Pharma Retail Distribution

We are looking for hands-on field sales professionals with experience selling to retail outlets, pharmacies, chemists, distributors or similar trade customers. The role involves regular market visits, new outlet development, order generation, retailer relationship management and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets, pharmacies, chemists and trade customers as per a daily route plan.
- Develop new outlets and reactivate existing or inactive accounts.
- Present relevant FMCG, OTC, consumer-health, personal-care, healthcare and pharma-channel products.
- Explain products, prices, trade schemes, offers and order terms accurately.
- Generate orders and coordinate with operations for billing, stock availability and delivery.
- Follow up on payments and collections within approved customer credit terms.
- Maintain solid retailer relationships and identify repeat-order opportunities.
- Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, outlet feedback and local market opportunities.




- Support product launches, retailer activation and basic in-store visibility activities when required.
- Report daily activity and weekly sales, collections and pipeline progress.
- Follow all product, pricing, credit, documentation and compliance instructions. Do not make unauthorised medical, product or commercial claims.
- Prior field-sales or market-development experience in FMCG, OTC, pharma retail distribution, consumer health, personal care, medical devices or related channels is preferred.
- Existing relationships with pharmacies, chemists, general trade outlets, distributors or retailers are an advantage.
- Comfortable with daily field travel, outlet visits, order booking and collection follow-up.
- Good communication, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Familiarity with the local market, routes and trade practices is preferred.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licen
