The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating the activities of the production team to achieve operational goals. The supervisor ensures that production processes are running efficiently, safely, and according to established quality standards. The supervisor works closely with the production team to optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a productive environment.
- Lead and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring they are following procedures, safety guidelines, and production goals.
- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the team to improve performance and productivity.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure that the production targets and deadlines are met.




- Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials and resources are available for production.
- Maintain records of production quantities, issues, and downtime for reporting purposes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly production reports for management.
- Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage Order and Dispatch
