Key Responsibilities
- Must take complete ownership of day-to-day showroom management, display presentation, and inventory upkeep.
- Have to welcome walk-in clients, architects, and contractors, providing detailed product briefings and technical guidance on our uPVC/PVC range.
- Supervise and support the local sales and field marketing team to align showroom leads with field execution.
- Sales & Consultation: Understand client requirements, prepare accurate product quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Order & Coordination: Liaise between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing/logistics to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

What We Are Looking For
- 2-5 Years Experience in showroom management, customer handling, or retail sales within building materials, interior solutions, or related industries.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of driving customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
- Proven team handling abilities to manage and guide local marketing executives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
