Job Summary
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Recruitment
- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Develop recruitment strategies for each open position.
- Coordinate with clients regarding interview schedules and hiring updates.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients.
- Screen resumes based on client requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Verify employment details and relevant information before submitting profiles.
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain post-joining follow-up.
Database Management
- Update recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Build talent pools for future hiring requirements.
Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
- Support business development by sharing market insights and hiring trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, Staffing, or Placement Consultancy.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
