About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Designer who can combine strong editing skills with modern design sensibilities to create impactful visual content for digital platforms, brands, campaigns, and social media.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Motion Content
- Edit high-quality videos for reels, advertisements, campaigns, YouTube, branded content, and social media platforms.
- Create engaging storytelling through transitions, pacing, sound design, typography, and motion graphics.
- Produce modern, trend-driven edits aligned with current digital content styles.
- Add animations, subtitles, effects, and visual enhancements to improve audience engagement.
- Optimize content formats for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Creative Design & Visual Development
- Design visually compelling creatives, thumbnails,



presentations, social media posts, and campaign assets.
- Maintain robust visual consistency across all brand communication.
- Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, shoots, content formats, and storytelling approaches.
- Develop creative concepts that enhance audience engagement and brand identity.

Creative Strategy & Innovation
- Stay updated with latest editing trends, design styles, AI creative tools, and social media algorithms.
- Research competitors and industry trends to generate fresh creative ideas.
- Collaborate with creative directors, content teams, and marketers to execute campaigns effectively.
- Bring a proactive and experimental approach to creative problem-solving.

Project & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Organize footage, design assets, and project files efficiently.
