1. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Logistics teams for timely material dispatch.
- Monitor transportation schedules and ensure on-time delivery of materials to project sites.
- Track dispatched materials and maintain dispatch status records.
- Coordinate with transporters and clients regarding material receipt.

2. Site Mobilization
- Coordinate deployment of erection teams, supervisors, cranes, equipment, and tools.
- Verify site readiness before commencement of erection activities.
- Ensure availability of approved drawings, erection plans, and material lists at site.

3. Project Execution & Erection Monitoring
- Monitor erection activities including columns, rafters, beams, purlins, bracings, sheeting, and accessories.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve project execution issues in coordination with internal departments.

4. Progress Tracking & Reporting




- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports, and Project Status Reports.
- Highlight delays, risks, and resource requirements to management.
- Follow up for timely closure of pending activities.

5. Quality & Safety Coordination
- Ensure erection work complies with company quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate site inspections and quality checks.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Report and follow up on quality and safety observations.

6. Material Reconciliation & Documentation
- Monitor material consumption and shortages at site.
- Maintain project records, dispatch documents, inspection reports, and correspondence.
- Support preparation of billing and project completion documents.

7. Project Completion & Handover
- Coordinate final inspections and snag/punch point closure.
