Core Responsibilities:
- Working hour: 9.00am to 9.00pm (12hr)
- Translate 3D CAD data into efficient toolpaths using software like DELCAM
- Complete knowledge of G-code, M-code.
- Program and machine critical mould parts such as cores, cavities, inserts, and sliders.
- Determine the optimal cutting tools, feed rates, spindle speeds, and step-over values to extend tool life and prevent tool breakage.
- Setting up machines, including clamping workpieces, setting work/tool offsets, and determining the appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters (speeds, feeds, and depth of cut) for different materials.
- Executing program validations (dry runs/prove-outs) to ensure crash-free operation before mass production.
- Troubleshooting machining defects, optimizing cutting parameters (feed, speed), and reducing cycle times.




- Determining the appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters (speeds, feeds, and depth of cut) for different materials.
- Quality Control: Inspecting the first produced part and ensuring that finished components comply with strict tolerances and quality standards.
- Machine Maintenance:Performing routine troubleshooting, diagnosing program errors, and carrying out preventative machine maintenance

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
