About Us:
MediSquare is a 15-bedded day care hospital specializing in Cancer Care (Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy & Targeted Therapy) and Neurology Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
- Manage appointments, patient registration, and phone calls.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and administrative teams.
- Handle billing support and maintain patient records.
- Ensure a smooth and skilled front desk experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred).
- 1-3 years of front desk/reception experience (hospital experience preferred).
- Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and a professional, empathetic attitude.
Salary: As per experience.
Pay: Up to ₹24,065.91 per month
