Job Title: Purchase Manager

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹38,000 / month

Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & Sourcing: Source and procure raw materials (Forging, Casting, Alloy Steel, Round Bars) and standard parts (Bearings, Oil Seals, Fasteners).
- Vendor Management: Identify new suppliers, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase deals to secure high-quality materials at cost-effective rates.
- Purchase Orders (PO): Issue daily Purchase Orders, track shipment status, and maintain accurate delivery schedules.
- Cost & Inventory Control: Coordinate with the stores team to maintain optimum inventory levels while adhering to manufacturing budgets.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:



Liaise with Quality Control for incoming material inspection and Accounts for smooth invoice clearance and vendor payments.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or B.Com (with relevant manufacturing experience).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of procurement/purchase experience in Industrial Machinery plant.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read engineering drawings, knowledge of gear material grades, and understanding of machining processes.
- Soft Skills: Solid negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
