Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Trello etc.
- Conduct Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, UI/UX Testing, Compatibility Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with developers, Business Analysts, and UI/UX Designers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitor project timelines, task progress, and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in requirement analysis, change request management, and project documentation.
- Maintain testing documentation, release notes, and project reports.
- Support production deployment and perform post-release validation.

Skills & Requirements:




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tech field.
- Valuable understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in preparing test cases, bug reports, test plans, and test execution reports.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint planning.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, or Gemini, for documentation and productivity is a plus.
