- Key Responsibilities:




- Scheduling of customer and internal resources for Implementation and Professional Services_
- _Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer queries_
- _Monitor and report on progress of assigned campaigns and activities_
- _Support weekly reviews by providing timely updates on tasks and highlighting any blockers_
- _Ensure revenue related data is tracked and accurately recorded for reporting and forecasting_
- _Assist with creating and updating instruction manuals and process documentation_
- _Provide administrative support across Implementation and Skilled Services, including documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks_
- _Maintain accurate records in business systems_

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
