Key Responsibilities:
- Test aluminium coils, LDPE/FR core materials, and adhesive bonding strength.
- Perform peel strength, impact resistance, bending, boiling water, and fire retardant tests.
- Check product dimensions, coating thickness, gloss level, and identify quality defects.
- Maintain QC reports, test certificates, calibration records, and quality documentation.
- Operate testing equipment like UTM, coating thickness gauge, gloss meter, and muffle furnace.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of ACP manufacturing & testing processes.
- Understanding of material testing standards and ISO 9001 documentation.
- Valuable analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel reporting.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Metallurgy (or relevant field)
Experience: Relevant experience in Quality Control / ACP industry preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
