Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products to retail stores, distributors, and clients as per daily schedules.
- Collect payments, invoices, or returns as required.
- Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and collections.
- Act as a point of contact with customers to resolve queries and provide product information.
- Support sales by maintaining product visibility, taking repeat orders, and building customer relationships.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damages and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report daily delivery and collection status to the operations team.
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or sales support preferred.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license (and own vehicle preferred).
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones/apps for delivery tracking.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
