Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall (VPN, policies, security rules)
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
- Install and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, access points)
- Implement network security measures and best practices
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity issues
- Manage VPNs (site-to-site and remote access)
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
- Maintain network documentation and reports
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for issue resolution

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Subnetting, Routing, Switching)
- Hands-on experience with Sophos Firewall configuration:
- Positive understanding of network security protocols
- Experience in troubleshooting network issues
- Knowledge of VLANs, NAT, and VPN configuration
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools





Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) - Mandatory:
- Additional certifications (preferred): CCNP, Network Security certifications

Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling enterprise-level networks
- Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure basics)
- Basic Linux/Windows server knowledge

Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
