Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, manpower, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and construction procedures.
- Review BOQs, estimates, drawings, and technical documents.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Manage contractors and ensure timely execution of work as per agreed scope.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, measurements, billing, and work completion records.
- Coordinate testing, inspections, snag rectification,



and project handover.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of civil construction and project management.
- Good understanding of RCC, finishing, structural, and infrastructure works.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, or similar project management tools.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
