- Staff managementSupervising the health and welfare of nursing staff, maintaining discipline, and counseling and guiding staff
- TrainingDeveloping staff through training programs
- LiaisonActing as a liaison between the hospital and other organizations
- Other dutiesAttending hospital meetings and conferences, preparing budgets,



and being a member of condemnation boards

A nursing superintendent may also be responsible for:
- Analyzing and approving leaves
- Organizing CNE programs
- Being involved in nursing research
- Ensuring quality control in nursing service
- Investigating complaints and taking action
- Visiting the hospital beyond duty hours in an emergency
- Reviewing the performance of nursing officers and senior nursing officers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
- Nursing License (preferred)
