Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group chess coaching sessions.
- Develop structured lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach chess fundamentals, tactics, strategies, openings, middle-game concepts, and endgame techniques.
- Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for local, national, and international chess tournaments and competitions.
- Organize practice matches, chess clubs, workshops, and training camps.
- Track student progress and maintain performance records.
- Encourage critical thinking, discipline, sportsmanship, and confidence among students.
- Stay updated on modern chess theory, tournament trends, and coaching methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chess Coach, Chess Instructor, or competitive chess player.
- Strong understanding of chess principles, tactics, and advanced strategies.




- Recognized chess rating (FIDE, national, or state rating) is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching children and/or adults.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate learners.
- Certification in chess coaching is an advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Ability to create customized training programs.
- Experience using online chess platforms and digital teaching tools.
- Tournament preparation and game analysis expertise.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Chess coaching certifications or recognized chess achievements will be an added advantage.

Employment Type
- Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
