Position: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for NEET/JEE coaching programs.
- Generate student enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Conduct school/college visits, seminars, career counselling sessions and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with students, parents, schools and local educational networks.
- Manage admission campaigns, events and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admission teams for lead follow-up.
- Track competitors, market trends and local education opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion and admission targets.




- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in education/coaching institute marketing.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of the NEET/JEE coaching market.
- Ability to interact confidently with students, parents and school authorities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Valuable networking and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Performance Expectations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
