As our e-commerce business continues to scale, we're looking for an Executive - E-commerce Key Accounts who loves numbers, marketplaces, quick-paced execution, and making things happen.

If Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra and quick-commerce platforms excite you—and you enjoy figuring out what makes consumers click, convert and come back—this could be the role for you.

What You'll Own

As an Executive - E-commerce Key Accounts, you'll work closely with the Key Account Manager to drive the day-to-day business across assigned marketplaces.

You'll be at the intersection of sales, promotions, catalogue, marketing, inventory and operations, ensuring that plans don't just remain on spreadsheets—they actually go live and deliver results.

What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day management and growth of assigned e-commerce marketplace accounts.
- Track sales, revenue,



traffic, conversion, ASP, inventory and other key business metrics and highlight opportunities or concerns.
- Support monthly and annual business planning, sales forecasting and marketplace growth plans.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, sale events, offers and visibility initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to ensure campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives go live as planned.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, offers, content, images and catalogue information are accurate and updated across platforms.
- Monitor stock availability and work closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to minimize OOS and ensure healthy inventory.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, launches and marketplace activity to identify opportunities for Plum.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly business trackers and support account reviews with actionable insights.
