About the Role

We are looking for a creative and highly driven Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our digital brand presence. In this role, you will be entirely focused on building our audience, crafting compelling visual narratives, and executing promotional media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. If you know how to turn a blank page into a viral Reel storyboard or a professional LinkedIn corporate post, we want you on the team.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Creation
- Visual Storyboarding: Develop comprehensive promotional media strategies, including short-form video storyboards, multi-clip timelines, and script layouts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Design & Copy: Design high-quality social media banners and corporate display graphics, and write sharp, engaging captions tailored to different audiences (B2B on LinkedIn vs. B2C on Instagram).
- Content Calendar: Plan, schedule,



and maintain a consistent daily and weekly content calendar across all active social profiles.

2. Platform Management & Growth
- Brand Voice: Manage the company’s official profiles, ensuring a consistent, professional, and engaging tone across all platforms.
- Audience Engagement: Actively monitor channels to respond to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions in real-time to build a loyal community.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, audio tracks, and formatting styles to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

3. Analytics & Optimization
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily and weekly social media metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and shareability).
- Reporting: Generate simple, transparent reports on what type of content is working best and adjust the creative strategy accordingly.
