Job Role & Responsibilities:
1.Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting

Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways

3. Promote and sell after sales service maintenance package and spare parts effectively. Prepare and followup quotations to secure orders. Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers, and determine plans for marketing activities to promote extended sales coverage.

4. Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of Service Agreements by scheduling sales calls following up of leads & utilizing outlined marketing strategies for SA acquisition.

5. Position Siemens as an industry leader among competition and position service as a key Siemens differentiator to customers & prospects.

6. Jointly work with the multiple levels of the customer's organization to understand and document their business & facility goals and how success is measured. Align the customer's objectives with services to ensure that their building system perform as require
