Core Measurement and Billing Duties
- Site Measurements: Take joint measurements with site and contractor engineers for completed structural work (such as heavy-bay steel framing, industrial foundations, and PEB structures).
- RA Bill Preparation: Generate periodic Running Account bills and final invoices based on the project's Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and contract terms.
- Subcontractor Verification: Check and certify vendor, labor, and subcontractor bills against actual physical progress in office.
- Measurement Books (MB): Maintain and update measurement sheets and MB records in compliance with standards like IS 1200.
Cost Control and Contract Management
- Rate Analysis:
Calculate unit rates for extra or non-tendered items that arise during industrial layout modifications.
- Material Reconciliation: Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for high-value industrial supplies like structural steel, cement, and piping materials.
- Variation Claims: Document scope changes, site delays, or extra work orders to process rightful variation claims.
Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
