Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide information regarding company services and assist customers throughout the process.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers regarding their requests and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
