We are looking for a responsible and performance-driven store manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires robust leadership, operational discipline, and business acumen.

Experience: 3-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and shrinkage
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Handle billing, cash management, and store reporting




- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation

Requirements:
- Graduate (Business/Commerce preferred)
- 3-6 years of retail/store management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of sales targets, inventory, and reporting
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems
