Job Summary

M. R. Electricals (Project Division) is looking for a agile and process-oriented professional to lead the implementation and stabilization of the company's new ERP system while simultaneously strengthening HR, Accounts, Administration, and internal control processes.

The role will act as a bridge between management, ERP vendor, accounts team, project teams, stores, purchase, and HR department to ensure successful ERP implementation and adoption across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & Process Automation
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation across Finance, Accounts, HR, Payroll, Purchase, Inventory, Stores, Assets, and Project Management functions.
- Coordinate with ERP vendor for system configuration,



customization, testing, and Go-Live.
- Map existing business processes and convert them into ERP workflows.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process manuals.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment.
- Train employees and departments on ERP usage and compliance.
- Ensure data migration from Tally, Excel, and other systems into ERP.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, project-wise profitability reports, and management reports.
- Monitor ERP performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Accounts & Finance
- Coordinate with accounts team for accurate accounting processes.
- Ensure proper chart of accounts, cost centers, and project-wise accounting structure in ERP.
- Monitor receivables, payables, project billing, advances, and cash flow reporting.
