Sales Operations Manager (PCD Pharma)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute leads received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia,Pharmahopers, Website, WhatsApp, Social Media, Google Ads, and other sources.
- Monitor lead follow-ups and maintain complete lead lifecycle records in CRM.
- Track daily performance, DCRs, attendance, productivity, and follow-ups of sales executives.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and Production for smooth order execution.
- Maintain records of franchise associates, distributors, customers, orders, and outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely follow-up, CRM discipline, and process compliance across the sales team.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM, Sales Coordination, or PCD Pharma.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in managing sales data, MIS, and team performance is essential.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
