Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all sales activities including order processing, sales reports, and customer record maintenance
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and upper management, providing feedback from customers
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases, and manage administrative tasks
- Resolve customer issues promptly with outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Support sales team in achieving targets and deadlines
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry

Education & Experience




- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative role
- Previous customer service experience preferred

Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- CRM software knowledge (Salesforce or similar)
- Good computer and data entry skills
