- About the Team

The Process Support and Control Group functions as the enterprise-level governance authority for organizational processes. The team is responsible for defining, overseeing, and sustaining process governance standards to ensure that all business processes are consistent, compliant, scalable, and aligned with Fidelity’s strategic objectives.

This team plays a critical role in enabling and governing process changes arising from procedural updates, regulatory requirements, or enterprise-wide transformations.



It ensures that process outputs consistently align with organizational goals while driving alignment across business units and support functions.

In addition, the team owns and manages the enterprise implementation and adoption of the SAP Signavio tool, establishing a standardized process taxonomy and a centralized repository for process manuals and process maps across Fidelity.

Key Responsibilities- Define, maintain, and enforce process governance frameworks, standards, and controls.
- Govern and support process changes driven by procedural updates, regulatory requirements, and enterprise initiatives.
- Partner with business and support teams to design, validate, implement, and communicate process changes in a controlled manner.
- Coordinate across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and support teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.
- Serve as the single point of contact for process‑related governance decisions and escalations.
