Job Title:Business Development Executive (Tele Sales)

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹27,000 per month

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executives for a hardcore outbound telesales process. If you have experience pitching products or services over calls and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Pitch and sell products/services over the phone.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow up with leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility:
- 12th Pass or above.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.




- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

- Software Sales
- Any outbound telesales process involving product pitching and sales closures

- Lead Generation-only experience

- Shop/Counter Sales
- Customer Service roles without sales experience
