What you’ll do
- Design & Modeling:_ Create 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and assemblies for Weir products and systems based on design requirements, primarily using NX software.- Collaboration & Communication:_ Independently interact with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. Communicate, report, and document technical information effectively with project teams and customers.




- Quality & Compliance:_ Review designs and documentation to ensure compliance with design criteria, standards, and best industry practices. Perform quality checks on drawings generated by peers and provide constructive feedback.
- Project Execution:_ Manage projects to meet defined quality standards, on-time delivery, and schedule adherence, working independently without supervision.
- System Engineering:_ Support system engineering and integration of equipment such as pumps, valves, mechanical drives, bearings, exciters, and structures.
- Safety First:_ Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 years of relevant experience in mechanical design engineering, manufacturing drawings, assemblies, and GD&T.;
- Strong proficiency in NX CAD software and mechanical design princip
