Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

_Design & Prototyping _

✔Design user-friendly wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms

✔Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across products

✔Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys

_User Research & Iteration _

✔Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience

✔Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business requirements

✔Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices

_Collaboration & Stakeholder Management _

✔Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-focused design solutions aligned with business objectives

✔Translate business requirements into seamless, intuitive user experiences

✔Present and articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership





Skills & Competencies

_Required Skills _

✔Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision

✔Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design

✔Excellent visual design, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace

✔Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics

_Technical & Behavioral Competencies _

✔Basic understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

✔Familiarity with design systems, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG)

✔Strong adaptability, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset

✔Ability to convert complex business and technical requirements into engaging, user-friendly designs
