YOUR ROLE

As an Academic Counselor / Sales Closer, you will:
- Connect with inbound and outbound leads




- Counsel parents and students regarding suitable programs
- Understand student requirements and recommend the right solution
- Build trust and establish meaningful conversations with parents
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Maintain and update lead status in TeleCRM
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, EdTech Sales, Education Sales, or Inside Sales
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Ability to build rapport with parents and students
- Positive objection handling and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and accountable
- Comfortable handling 50-80 leads per day
- Basic CRM handling experience
