Job Title: Accounting Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, and ledger reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Verify invoices, expense claims, and payment documents.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.




- Qualified qualification (CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 2-5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in GST filing, TDS compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in inventory accounting and cost control (if applicable).

Salary

As per experience and company standards.

Annual

₹4 - ₹6 LPA (based on skills and experience)
