We are looking for a dynamic Business Head to lead our Lucknow Center, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.
- Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth
- Own the overall business performance and revenue targets of the center.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize admissions and revenue.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business KPIs and take corrective actions when required.
- Identify local market opportunities and implement growth initiatives.
- Sales & Admissions
- Lead the counselling and sales teams to achieve admission targets.
- Drive conversion of inquiries into enrollments through structured sales processes.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups,



and conversion metrics.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for prospective students and parents.
- Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Academic, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
- Maintain high standards of infrastructure, student services, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and manage center staff.
- Set transparent performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer satisfaction.
- Coach team members to improve productivity and service quality.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, coaching partners, and local influencers.
