KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients
- Build and maintain a well-organized prospect pipeline
- Ensure regular follow-ups
- Appointment Setting & Deal Closure




- Schedule meetings (physical & virtual) with decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from first contact to closure
- Send timely confirmations and reminders
- Client Relationship Management
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Act as the first point of contact
- Service Communication
- Clearly explain digital marketing & IT services
- Handle objections and queries confidently
- Communicate value propositions effectively

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience
- Minimum 2 years in telecalling or inside sales
- Preferably in digital marketing or IT services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing)
- Basic knowledge of IT services, web development, and software solutions

Communication Skills
- Robust verbal and written
