Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
- Record and maintain daily accounting entries and business transactions.
- Handle Sales & Purchase Invoices, Journal Entries, Receipts and Payments.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and track outstanding customer payments.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers regarding invoices, payments, ledger reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Handle purchase order and supplier invoice cross-checking with inward stock records.
- Maintain and verify stock/inventory-related accounting records.
- Prepare and manage E-Way Bills for the transportation of goods.
- Generate B2B E-Invoices through the government portal as per GST requirements.
- Handle GST-related work,



including GST reports, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) on a daily/monthly basis.
- Track loan/EMI payments and interest accruals, wherever applicable.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and confidential company data.
- Assist management in day-to-day financial decision-making and accounting-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all showroom accounting work.

Software Knowledge Required
- Tally - Accounting, Bank, Invoice, Journal Voucher, Purchase & Sales entries.
- ERP / Accounting Software - Accounting and Stock/Inventory Management.
- Busy - MIS Reports and Accounting.
- MS Excel - Financial reports, incoming/outgoing data, reconciliation and basic reporting.
- MS Word - Letters, challans, documents and other office documentation.
- Google Sheets - Maintaining and sharing confid
