Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure & Support
- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of user queries and technical incidents.

Network Administration
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure network security, performance, and availability.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors when required.

System & Security Management
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
- Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection measures.
- Perform regular system backups and recovery testing.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures.

Asset & Vendor Management
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and warranty management of IT equipment.




- Liaise with external vendors for IT support, licensing, and service agreements.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT standards and security guidelines.
- Generate periodic reports on IT operations and system performance.

Team Collaboration
- Train and guide employees on IT systems and security best practices.
- Support current employee onboarding with system setup and access provisioning.
- Assist management in IT planning and infrastructure improvements.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Hands-on experience with networking concepts, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configuration.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and endpoint security.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
