Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to own the entire plastic product lifecycle from concept validation to high-volume manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams, and ensure robust manufacturing processes for complex polymer products.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead Plastic Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Moldflow strategy reviews.
- Vendor Management: Qualify external toolmakers and sign off on complex mold designs.
- Process Optimization: Establish scientific injection molding parameters to minimize cycle times and scrap.
- Risk Mitigation: Own DFMEA/PFMEA documentation and resolve critical tooling/part defects.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers in plastic design guidelines and quality frameworks.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in plastic product development and injection molding production.
- CAD Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.
- Tooling Mastery: Expert knowledge of hot runners, lifters, sliders, and mold cooling.
- Quality & NPI: Proven track record leading APQP/PPAP processes for mass production.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Plastics, Polymers, or Mechanical Engineering.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
