Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Ensure compliance with REACH and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Analyze process performance metrics and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
- Develop, review, and manage quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and records.
- Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and process improvements.
- Support supplier quality management and oversee incoming material inspection processes.
- Participate in risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial experience in Quality Assurance.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Quality Systems:



Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 frameworks.
- Quality Tools: 7 QC Tools, 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa), Pareto Analysis, CAPA, Risk Assessment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, including report writing.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Mindset: Continuous improvement orientation with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹622,202.97 - ₹1,868,626.79 per year
