Position: Planning Engineer - AutoCAD, Billing & Project Controls
Department: Projects / EPC Division
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 10-15 Years (mandatory)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with solid exposure to Outdoor Electrification Projects, including Utility Shifting, Substations, Street Lighting, Façade Lighting, Infrastructure Electrification, Smart City, NHAI, PWD, Railway and other Government Department Projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Monitoring
- Prepare detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and execution plans.
- Monitor project progress against planned targets and identify delays.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Develop recovery plans and resource deployment strategies wherever required.





Quantity Estimation & BOQ Management
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and site surveys.
- Develop and verify BOQs for tendering and execution purposes.
- Reconcile estimated, executed, and billed quantities.
- Prepare material requirement plans and quantity variance reports.
- Identify and document extra items, deviation quantities, and variation claims.

AutoCAD & Technical Documentation
- Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, layouts, single-line diagrams, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Maintain drawing revision records and approval status.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for drawing approvals and modifications.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained as per contractual requirements.

Billing & Contract Management
- Preparation and submission of RA Bills, Final Bills, and Quantity Statements.
- Verification of executed quantities and measurement records.
- Preparation of client
