Overview:
The transitions specialist works with the transitions manager to plan and execute one or more of the migration projects.

This position will be responsible for successful migration of specified roles into GCCThey will work across the team to ensure knowledge sharing and enabling the delivery team to be well prepared for the go live

Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Proven ability to work with different stakeholders, excellent stakeholder management and client handling (domestic & international) skillsExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage change in a fluid, energetic and evolving environmentTrack record of excellent project execution / delivery preferred Understanding of metrics, process improvements, lean and six sigma would be helpfulProficient with MS Office - MS Excel and MS Power point in particular
- Bachelor's or advanced degree. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience into Project Management or Transition Management.
- Max 2 years in Transitions projects
- Process Transitions
- Experience in due diligence
