Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support Trainees to join our Technical Support team. The trainee will receive hands-on training in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and customer support. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in IT Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist in diagnosing desktop, laptop, and peripheral device issues.
- Resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Configuration).
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Log and update customer issues in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support engineers.
- Assist in software deployment and system configuration.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities.
- Participate in product and technical training sessions.

Eligibility

- BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer), MCA, Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering, BE/B.Tech (IT/CE),



or equivalent.

- Basic Software Installation & Configuration
