Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling:
Counsel students and parents regarding domestic education options, courses, colleges, eligibility criteria, and career pathways.
- Lead Management:
Handle inbound and outbound leads, follow up with prospective students, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Application Management:




- Student Query Resolution:
Address queries related to admissions, fees, timelines, and course structures with clarity and professionalism.
- CRM & Database Management:
- Excel & Reporting:
Use MS Excel for data tracking, lead management, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Relationship Management:
Build trust-based relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth counseling experience.
- Target Achievement:
Meet assigned counseling, conversion, and revenue targets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Team Coordination:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in domestic education counseling (preferred).
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven and target-oriented setting.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including Sunday working (weekly off on a rotational basis).
