We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Consultant to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will identify prospective clients, understand their business needs, present tailor-made digital marketing and tech solutions, and successfully close deals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of domestic and international leads through cold outreach, networking, and inbound channels.
- Consultative Selling: Consult with businesses and decision-makers to deeply understand their marketing and operational requirements.
- Pitching & Proposals: Present, demonstrate, and recommend suitable digital marketing and technology solutions customized to client goals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle price discussions, draft proposals/contracts, and successfully close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong,



long-lasting relationships with newly acquired clients and ensure a smooth handover to the execution team.
- Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing models to spot new growth opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or IT services sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (international client handling experience is a major plus).
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and up-to-date sales tools.
- Mindset: Highly target-driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
