Medigurukulam is a fast-growing EdTech platform dedicated to empowering medical and paramedical students through high-quality educational solutions. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business growth and expand our channel partner network in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners, distributors, and business associates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Drive channel expansion and market development within the assigned territory.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Train and support channel partners to maximize sales performance.
- Submit daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports to management.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Channel Expansion and Business Development experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi) is mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
