About the Role

As a Move Management Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the moving aspects of employee relocations. You will coordinate household goods and personal effects shipments while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and their relocating employees.

This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordinator for relocation moving services
- Manage household goods and personal effects shipments for relocating employees
- Counsel assignees on household goods policies and relocation processes
- Liaise with relocating employees, client HR teams, and service providers
- Arrange insurance coverage and ancillary relocation services as required
- Maintain accurate records and data within company systems
- Review, reconcile, and approve invoices
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with client requirements and service standards

Preferred Experience
- Experience within Mobility, Relocation, Moving Services, Logistics, or a related industry
- Experience supporting corporate clients and managing client relationships
- Knowledge of international relocations and household goods services is advantageous
