Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Lead the marketing team and coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee content strategy, social media marketing, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Robust expertise in Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
